Shipping Policy


We offer 2-3 business day's delivery to capital cities, major centres and metro areas and 3-5 business days delivery to regional, rural and remote locations.
International orders can be expected within 5-7 business days from the time of shipment, depending on your location. 
Once your order has been placed a confirmation email will immediately be sent to your nominated email address. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please email us on
Fastways Express orders received before Midday AEST will be sent that day. Deliveries are sent during normal business hours between Monday and Friday.
Purchases made on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the next business day.


For shipping within Australia we use the Fast ways network for express shipping and Australia Post for regular shipping. If you are shipping to a PO box you will need to select Australia Post.


Express Post

Fasways Couriers – 2 business days for city, metro and major centres, 3 – 3 days for rural, regional and remote areas.

Star Track cannot deliver to a PO Box address and all packages must either be signed for or supplied with an authority to leave. Once StarTrack deliver to the item to your address they are no longer responsible for the package, so please ensure you leave any special instructions regarding the location to place the package and also make sure the delivery driver has easy access.
Once your parcel has been dispatched you will receive email and SMS updates from Fasways regarding the progress of your delivery.



For shipping outside of Australia, we use Australia Post’s International Delivery Service. Once your parcel has been dispatched a unique tracking number will be sent to your nominated email address. You can track your parcel at
All deliveries must be signed for. If you are not at home to receive, the package will be delivered to your local post office and a delivery slip left with pickup details. You will need identification to collect.
Once an order has been shipped and tracking details emailed to you, Arnhem is no longer responsible for items shipped. Please contact with Australia Post if you have any delivery issues.



Once your order has been sent we are unable to make changes or cancel your order. However, our normal returns policy is available. If you have made an error in your delivery address please call us as soon as possible on 02 6685 8081 between 9.30 am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday (AEST) or email with the correct address. If your order has already been shipped we are unable to accept responsibility for delays in delivery or lost goods.
If there are any delays to your order, you will be notified via email. Please ensure the email address entered in the checkout is correct.

Shipments which are rejected by the receiver will result in the customer incurring redirection fees. In the instance that a shipment is rejected by the receiver, it is the customer’s responsibility to contact us to notify us of the situation.


Regular Post

Australia Post Regular – 3-10 days from the time of shipment, depending on your location.

Australia Post Express – 1-5 days from the time of shipment, depending on your location.

All deliveries must be signed for.  If you are not at home to receive, the package will be delivered to your local post office and a delivery slip left with pickup details. You will need identification to collect.

Please note that all product prices indicated and payments made on this site are in Australian Dollars.
All international customers are responsible for the customs rates within their own country.Nami will declare total value paid on international shipments and must include an invoice for customs should they require it.Unfortunately we cannot put a lower value on the parcel.

For our customers based in the Byron region, or visiting the area, we are able to offer an in-store posting option. Please make a note of this when placing your order and we will have the goods ready to collect in store the next business day. Please bring photo ID and your email order confirmation with you to collect the goods.

If for any reason you are unsatisfied you may return or exchange the item/s you’ve purchased from Nami.
Returns or exchanges are accepted within 14 days from the date of purchase at your own cost of the postage. Items received outside this period may not be accepted.
Items must be in original condition and must not have been worn, altered or washed. All tags and packaging must remain in place. We suggest that all items should be tried on as soon as they are received to ensure you are able to return any items within the actual returns time frame.


Before submitting a return please read through Nami’s Returns Policy and make sure your return meets the specified requirements. Please be sure to include your order number with the return so we can match it to the original order you made with us.
